Program Introduction
Looking for summer adventure day camps near me? Our outdoor adventure program is designed to engage campers in a healthy outdoor environment, where they can enjoy physical fitness, cooperation, fresh air, and sunlight while honing their natural outdoor skills.
We offer a diverse range of activities, including sports, field games, survival, fire making, archery, dance camps, art programs, music programs, STEM programs, summer courses, and more – all conveniently located near you!
Campers will have the opportunity to play classic field games or try their hand in athletic games like ultimate frisbee and basketball. Wilderness, survival, and naturalist skills are also woven into the morning program to provide a well-rounded experience. Our goal is to encourage campers to get active, have fun, and create unforgettable memories together

ADVENTURE PROGRAM DIRECTOR
For 15 years, Mr. Al Whitted was the owner and director of an adventure camp. Prior to joining Northern Academy of the Arts, Mr. Whitted was also the program director of an NC traditional day camp.
