Our outdoor adventure program is designed to engage campers in a healthy outdoor environment. Campers will enjoy physical fitness, cooperation, fresh air, and sunlight as they hone their natural outdoor skills.
Campers will enjoy classic field games or try their hand in athletic games like ultimate frisbee and basketball. Wilderness, survival, and naturalist skills are also woven into the morning program. Our goal is to get active and have fun!
For 15 years, Mr. Al Whitted was the owner and director of an adventure camp. Prior to joining Northern Academy of the Arts, Mr. Whitted was also the program director of an NC traditional day camp.
