Pathway Dance Stars
Our summer dance programs are designed to enrich your child’s life with artistry thousands of years in the making. Drawing from a lineage established millenia ago, our classical Chinese dance (CCD) system of classes connect your child’s mind and body with an art form distilled through a truly ancient culture.
Stretching and Warm Up:
Improves whole body flexibility through routines that target the major splits, the back, and the feet, allowing the body to perform its best.
Classical Chinese Dance Fundamentals:
Features curriculum produced by Shen Yun Arts Proficiency Assessment Center to systematically instruct students in CCD fundamentals in a way that is easy to understand and impactful.
Tumbling:
Students will learn foundational skills that comprise the array of acroatic flipping skills CCD dancers often use on stage.
Rehearsal:
Students will learn choreography and perform it upon conclusion of the camp, allowing them to experience the artistry of CCD by putting together all of the skills and knowledge learned during camp and presenting it on stage.
