How to Register
Complete the Enrollment Form here.
All campers must complete the Summer Camp Enrollment Form. In this form, you will need to upload your child’s:
- Immunization records
- Physical exam completed within the 12 month. (You may use the NYS Physical Examination form or one your doctor uses.)

2. Parents of sleepaway campers, please review the the following:
- Summer Camp Boarding Handbook
- Suggested Packing List
- Dormitory move in and out information
- Moving In: Sunday, June 29, 2025 between 2PM – 5PM
- Moving Out: Saturday, July 19, 2025 before 11AM
