A: You are eligible to the Early Bird Special if you register before May 31, 2024.
A: The Early Bird Special will be automatically applied to the net tuition for your summer camp registration if you register for Northern Summer Camp before May 31, 2024.
Please note that this discount is only valid on the net tuition, and excludes all fees and taxes.
A: If eligible, you can combine the early bird discount, the sibling discount and the loyalty/referral discount (only one of the two can be applied). That will give you a total of an additional 20% off your child’s summer camp tuition!

Sibling Discount FAQ
A: For families with multiple children attending Northern Summer Camp, the sibling discount applies to the second child and any additional children from the same household.
Here’s how the discount works:
First Child: No sibling discount is applied to the first child’s tuition, as we cannot predict if there will be additional siblings registering.
Second Child: If a second child registers, they will receive a 10% discount on their tuition. The extra 5% discount intended for the first child will be applied to the second child’s total.
Third Child and Beyond: For every child beyond the second, a 5% sibling discount will be applied to their tuition.
This way, we ensure that each family benefits from the sibling discount, and if the first child has siblings who join later, the discount is applied accordingly.
A: To apply the sibling discount, complete your first child’s application, and then follow these steps carefully for each additional application:
- Use the same parent email address as the first child’s application on each additional application form.
- When asked, ‘Is this a second or third child in your family seeking to join Northern Summer Camp?’ Answer: Yes.
- Enter the same parent email address as the first child’s application in the provided box.
- The discount will be automatically applied once all conditions are fulfilled.

Loyalty Discount FAQ
A: Only returning campers and families who attended the 2023 Northern Summer Camp is eligible.
New families can take advantage of the loyalty program discounts next summer.
A: Returning families must use the same email address as last summer for the discount to be automatically applied.

Procedures
Step 1: Register your child with Northern Summer Camp.
- Check ‘Yes’ to indicate your agreement to join the referral program.
Step 2: Provide your registered email address to your referees.
Step 3: When the referee signs up for the 2024 Northern Summer Camp, they must enter your email address in the referrer field of the signup form for both parties to receive the referral benefit.
Step 4: Enjoy your 10% cash back referral for each successful referral. See the Terms and Conditions in the Successful Referral Tab below for more details.

Terns and Conditions
- Referrer
- To be eligible for a referral bonus, the referrer must complete a Northern Summer Camp application and check ‘Yes’ to indicate your agreement to join the referral program.
- The referrer will receive 10% off their first child’s summer camp tuition after each successful referral. See the Terms and Conditions in the Successful Referral Tab below for more details.
- Referee
- This discount is exclusively available to families who are new to Northern Summer Camp.
- The referrer’s email address must be entered by the referee during the sign-up process and must match a valid referral account with Northern Summer Camp.
- Once the referee completes the sign-up form, an email will be sent to the referrer informing of the referee’s sign-up.
- The referee is required to complete full payment, enroll, and stay for the entire duration of the respective summer camp session. See the Terms and Conditions in the Successful Referral Tab below for more details.
- Northern Summer Camp
- At Northern, there are two distinct summer camps available: the Northern Explorers program and the Northern Summer Camp, which offers both day and sleepaway options. Both programs are considered valid Northern Summer Camps with their respective referral programs.
- Referrer
- Only one (1) referral email can be used per each application.
- The referrer will receive a 10% cashback for each successful referral. See the Terms and Conditions in the Successful Referral Tab below for more details.
- The referrer can refer as many as possible to maximize the referral bonus.
- The referee will receive an instant 10% discount off tuition at checkout.
- The referral discount will be applied to the net tuition, and it excludes all fees and taxes.
- A successful referral is established when the family and their child complete full payment, enroll and stay for the entire duration of the respective summer camp session.
- If there is a withdrawal at any time, it will be considered an unsuccessful referral. In such cases, the referral discount/bonus will be revoked for both parties — the referee’s discount will be revoked, and no referral bonus will be given to the referrer.
- This 10% cashback applies to the net tuition only and excludes all fees and taxes.
The payment process for the referral bonus may take up to 10 business days to complete after each summer session ends. Cashback will be issued to the original payment method utilized during checkout.
Please note that there are two summer sessions available:
Session 1, which ends on 7/13/24, and Session 2, which ends on 7/27/24.
